Residential Services 

Charity Hearts Health Care is dedicated to providing a range of residential services to support mentally challenged individuals in leading fulfilling and independent lives. We currently have 15 residences located in Maryland. Our organization understands the unique needs of this population and strives to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive.

One of the key services we offer is supported living, where individuals have the opportunity to live in their own homes while receiving the necessary support to maintain their independence. Our team of trained professionals works closely with each individual to develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs and goals. Whether it's assistance with daily living activities, medication management, or accessing community resources, we are committed to empowering individuals to live life on their terms.

In addition to supported living, Charity Hearts Health Care also provides residential care services for individuals who require a higher level of support. Our residential facilities are designed to offer a homelike atmosphere where individuals can receive round-the-clock care from our dedicated staff. We prioritize creating a sense of community and belonging, and our team works tirelessly to ensure that each individual feels valued and respected.
